Your account and saved work
Sign-in provides an account email and display name to identify your account. Your account can hold membership and purchase records, saved resources, download history, reading progress and the information you choose to save in planners, people, cards and creative tools. Private uploads are linked to the account that owns them.
Membership records include access status, billing-period dates and Stripe customer and subscription references.
Purchase records include the resource, price, date and checkout or payment reference. Complete card numbers are not stored in the website database.
Support, printable-idea and privacy requests include the information you submit and any responses. Earlier manual payment-confirmation records can include the name and payment information supplied at the time.
Services used by the website
The hosting and sign-in services handle account access and technical request information. Cloudflare provides the application database and file storage. Stripe handles checkout and billing on its own service. Contact-form messages are sent to support through Resend when email delivery is configured.
Hollybot resource assistance
Hollybot searches website resources using your question and short context from your current interaction. When AI processing is enabled, approved resource sections and your question may be processed through Cloudflare Workers AI. Do not include sensitive personal information in questions. Permanent conversation transcripts are not stored.
Hollybot records broad question topics, source references, response times, resource clicks and optional helpfulness feedback for quality monitoring. These records are scheduled for removal after 30 days. Personalised suggestions are optional, require functional consent and can be disabled or reset in Hollybot. Interests cover a limited set of non-sensitive website subjects; they decay over time and are scheduled for removal after 90 days without activity. Your open or collapsed choice is remembered for the browser session.
Privacy requests and browser choices
