Saving Files and Using Save as

Saving stores the changes made to a file, while Save As is normally used when you need a new filename, a different storage location or a separate copy. Before closing important work, confirm both the filename and the location because a successfully saved document can still be difficult to find if it was stored in Downloads, a temporary folder or the wrong cloud account
