Naming Files and Folders Properly
A good filename should tell an authorised colleague what the file contains without requiring them to open it first. Consistent names also improve searching, sorting, version control and handovers, while vague names such as Document1, Copy, New Folder or Final Final make it difficult to identify the correct record later.
